This is a highly collaborative position, requiring coordination between global, local, and cross-functional teams (Retail, Digital, PR, Education...) to secure a seamless 360o strategy & execution. Looking for a highly motivated & engaged profile.What you'll get to do Brand Strategy:Define and support in the implementation of the Brands' Strategy in EMEA region, aligning with the global brand vision and values.GTM & Expansion Plan: work with Global Teams & Local Markets on the GTM Strategy and Doors' opening plan for each Brand & Market.Understand market reality, trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and translate them into actionable strategies.Ensure brand visibility and experience consistency across all physical and digital touchpoints.Marketing & Activation Plans:Define the Brands' Marketing Plans across EU to drive Brands' Growth through product innovation and existing lines.Work on full-funnel strategies to drive brand awareness, consideration and foster conversion.Coordinate with local and regional cross-functional teams to secure the right implementation of marketing plans (Media/PR/Retail/Trade Marketing/Digital/Education/Commercial...)Work in close collaboration with retailers to maximize joint business.Oversee the lifecycle of products, including product launches, re-promotions and discontinuations – securing the right forecasting management to meet the demand.Closely Track Forecasts & Sales to minimize & control inventory losses.Sell Out / Sell In KPIs monitoring:Weekly sales follow-up to identify opportunities and pain points per market.Adapt annual plans according to results, working on maximizing opportunities and tackling pain points.P&L Management:Together with Finance & Local Teams, secure the brands' budget optimum management to balance growth & profitability.Set accurate forecasts and performance targets.Brands & Markets Coordination:Identify markets' needs and work hand in hand with brands to meet them.Act as a bridge between brand vision and local market reality.Provide Guidance to Markets on Portfolio Priorities, Activation Plan & Strategy.We'd love to meet you if you have Experience: At least 2 years as Brand Manager, preferably in a beauty company.Languages: English is a must
