Empresas: Playitas Resort Description: We're looking for an experienced Maitre to ensure exceptional service to our guests from their arrival to departure. You will oversee smooth restaurant operations with a focus on quality service, profitability, and staff training and supervision. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to upholding our reputation for excellence in hospitality Responsabilities: -Support the F&B Director in daily operations and within budgeted guidelines -Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, monthly planning, sales plans, internal consumption, and monthly inventories -Create and update department schedules, managing staff according to periods of high/low occupancy, and handling staff vacations -Observe and analyze activities and trends in restaurants areas and supervise the profitability of all points of sale. -Ensure that the maintenance and improvement of equipment and facilities are done on time and in a correct and lasting manner -Monitor the restaurants environment, including lighting, music, and cleanliness -Coordinate administrative functions for the Restaurants area, ensuring timely submission of internal documents to administration and HR (e.G., cash registers, vacation reports) -Assist in the creation and implementation of service policies and procedures, establishing performance standards and ensure compliance with internal regulations (e.G., uniform policies) -Coordinate with other departments such as G&E for the organization of special events -Supervise compliance with hygiene, safety, and risk prevention regulations -Collaborate with HR team by attracting, recruiting, training, and evaluating talented team members -Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally -Maintain knowledge of the menu, wine list, and specials to assist guests with their selections -Represent the Restaurants area in management meetings in the absence of the F&B Director -Provide creative ideas for projects to enhance the hotel's image.
