Your main mission will be to ensure the good condition and functionality of the buildings that make up BCC, performing daily monitoring of equipment, objects, and common spaces that make up the ecosystem.
Our main lines of work are focused on: Preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of facilities.Resolution of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, or similar breakdowns.Installation of audiovisual equipment.Relocation of furniture and adequacy of spaces for the planned activity.Supervise the execution of tasks of the subcontracted maintenance team.Cleaning of the exteriors.RequirementsDo you feel identified with the following characteristics? You have an intermediate degree in Electrical and Automatic Installations or you have at least 1 year of experience in building maintenance.You have knowledge in the areas of electricity, plumbing, air conditioning, and audiovisuals.Availability to work mornings and afternoons (rotating shift).You have social skills and customer orientation.You will make a difference if: You have the ability to communicate and write in Basque.You have experience working in international and multicultural environments.You are a proactive and decisive person.You have an official disability certificate of 33% or more.What can you expect from Basque Culinary Center?
