The Maintenance Supervisor guarantee the operation and state of conservation of machinery and the facility. Responsibilities Planning, monitoring and executing the assembly and maintenance, following the protocols of quality, safety and for the prevention of occupational risks and environmental protection. Planning and carrying out preventive, corrective and legal maintenance together with the maintenance manager. Daily analysis with a proposal to solve incidents and anomalies that occur during the day in machinery and facilities. Execute or supervise interventions for breakdowns of machinery and production facilities of the entire plant as the sole person responsible. Train production operators to handle machinery, format changes and preventive maintenance of machinery and facilities. Study and development of proposal for the improvement of existing equipment and production lines, analysis, proposal and start-up of new equipment, lines and infrastructures. Study of energy consumption through the energy management system, proposed actions for the best use of energy resources. Establish the process phases of assemblage and maintenance of a machinery installation and industrial equipment, analyzing the technical documentation, the plan of quality and safety and the instruction manuals. Identify the elements of electronic-electrical nature in a machine, industrial equipment or automated line, describing the function they perform and their relationship with the other elements. Adjust mechanical systems, interpreting blueprints, diagrams and procedures of assembly and disassembly. Assemble pneumatic/electro-pneumatic and hydraulic/electro-hydraulic automatisms, interpreting the technical documentation and performing functional tests and adjustments. Make adjustments and mechanical set and measures of the magnitudes in hydraulic and pneumatic machinery, interpreting the general plans and schemes, and considering the adjustment data. Prepare the catalogue of spare parts and the program of management and provisioning, establishing storage conditions of the components, tools, materials and equipment. Maintenance of the pre-requirements IFS plans. Responsible for the machinery and facilities manuals, machinery software, the correct execution of the maintenance plan, the preventive spare parts plan. Collaborate with the study of new investments and propose improvements in machinery and facilities. Maintenance of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). Collaborate with HACCP Team and the Food Defense Emergency Team. Knowledge and Skills Higher Technician in Industrial Mechatronics. Experience with bottling lines in food industry is a must. At least 5 yearsw experience at same position in similar company. Technological knowledge of machinery and production line. Well organized, committed and ability to prioritize. Hands on, ability to improvise and solve problems and unforeseen events Experience working with Bottling lines - An advantage Fluent English is a must.
