Oversees execution of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities. Review the pending notifications from SAP and set the priorities for the Maintenance main subcontractor. Solves major technical, equipment or facilities problems in order to achieve higher performance of the production lines. Maintains tools and repair equipment in good working order. Proposes improvement projects for processes and production lines aimed at reducing ordinary and extraordinary maintenance and optimizing operational and energy efficiency. Responds to emergencies, break-downs, malfunctions and other operating problems to minimize disruption to production process. Implements health, safety and environmental guidelines and directives to ensure safety of people and resources. Your Background: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a maintenance manufacturing environment. Master Degree in Occupational Health and safety. Specific training in maintenance management, predictive techniques, and TPM. Computer experience in Windows, Excel, Word, and AutoCAD Knowledge of lean manufacturing concepts We will value additional knowledge like: SAP and GMAO. Self-motivated/Self-driven, enthusiastic, cooperative, positive behavior, and the ability to work in a team environment. Good communication and critical thinking skills with the ability to train individuals as well as lead.
