Job PurposeVueling is looking for a Maintenance Program Engineer to join our Technical Services Department with the main purpose of managing the Airline maintenance program in accordance with OEM, regulators and Vueling needs.
Main AccountabilitiesAnalysis and implementation of new and revised maintenance program tasks based on MPD revisions.Preparation and update of Airline Maintenance Program according to the requirements of the fleet, the OEM, and the Authority.Management of Maintenance Program issues affecting the fleet.Analysis and control of Maintenance Program Airworthiness Directives.Annual revision of Maintenance Program validity.Prepare Workorders based on approved documentation.Coordination of ACAM programme with AESA.ARC support.SANA / SAFA / SACA technical support.Assist internal and external Audits as required.Assisting with AMOS data migration of ex-factory and second-hand aircrafts.Main RelationshipsAESAAIRBUS, CFM, IAE, P&W; and other manufacturers.Technical Services team members.Reliability.Heavy MX representatives.EducationEngineering Degree, aerospace preferred.
ExperienceAt least 2 years of previous experience in a Maintenance Programme engineer.Experience with AMOS / Engineering is desired.Desirable experience in CAMO or 145 environment.Advanced knowledge of Office - Strong Excel skills.CompetenciesContinuous improvement focused.Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to understand, interpret and apply regulatory requirements.Good team working skills.Ability to plan and prioritize as needed.Knowledge of AMOS System.Able to proactively develop and improve internal procedures.Committed and proactive.Able to communicate effectively to all related parties verbally and written.LanguagesEnglish: C1
