Your experience and skills include: Service oriented with an eye for detailsAbility to work effectively and contribute in a teamSelf-motivated and energeticMaintain a clean and neat appearance at all timesMust have working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing and Hot water generation systems including devices such as pressure regulators, solenoid valves, gas valves, electrical relays, etc.Must be knowledgeable of OSHA work place safety standards such as PPE, Lock Out Tag Out, Ladder Safety, HAZCOM and similar.Visual ability to read manufacturer's instructions, schematics and blueprints.Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require patience, tact and diplomacy to defuse anger, collect accurate information and solve customer concerns.Stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, bending, twisting, pushing, seeing, hearing, speaking to guestsAbility to work under harsh weather conditions, i.e. heat, wind and rain.Lifting requirements up to 25 lbs.Carrying of objects weighting up to 50lbs.Valid Driver's License Additional Information
