People of all genders are encouraged to participate in the selection process.What you can look forward to as Maintenance Manager (m/f/d):Creating maintenance schedules and delegating tasks to team membersConducting site inspections and identifying areas requiring extra maintenance workSupervising maintenance workers and ensuring they follow site work practicesPerforming minor on-site repairsScheduling contractors for major repairs as requiredDiscussing maintenance concerns to define solutionsStaying on-call and responding to emergency maintenance needs and coordinating work performed by outside vendorsDeveloping maintenance budgets and controlling and monitoring inventoryYour profile as Maintenance Manager (m/f/d):Higher degree in electromechanical engineering or equivalent.Demonstrable experience as a maintenance manager or other management position (2 years)Experience in planning maintenance operationsSolid Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsInterpersonal and communication skillsLeadership and organizational skillsThe compatibility of work and family life is firmly anchored at ZF.
