As the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for assuring that the maintenance department staff has the vital tools, training, and required resources to perform state-of-the-art facility maintenance. You will drive the strategy to transform Maintenance into a world-class team at PPG! Key Responsibilities: Coordination of daily activities in the Maintenance department: Corrective, Preventive, Predictive Coordination of contractors' activities Develop and implement the Maintenance strategy: Budget, resources, inventories, strategic projects Ensure compliance with quality or EHS standards Reliability Analysis for the critical elements of the plant, implementing actions to improve the OEE Update relevant information of the plant installations Training program for the Maintenance Operators Interaction with the engineering department analyzing and developing projects Continuous improvement projects design and implementation: Budget preparation, purchasing requisitions, quotations analysis, coordination of activities on the field Qualifications: University Degree in Industrial Engineering (Mechanical, Electricity, or Automation) or equivalent At least 3 years of learning experience in management of Maintenance Activities in an Industrial environment or Project/Installations Engineer Proficient use of MS Office, AutoCAD. Knowledge of electrical installation software, Maintenance Software, SAP/Oracle would be considered a plus Proficient in English Outstanding interpersonal skills with strong communication abilities.
