Maintenance Manager - (Islas Baleares)

Empresas: Folkz GmbH General Maintenance Tasks: - Checking the operation of machinery and facilities and performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
- Maintaining the good condition and cleanliness of all common areas, carrying out different necessary works (painting, carpentry, etc.)
- Performing regular pool maintenance, including cleaning, water chemical balance and repair of pool-related equipment.
- Filling out mandatory records and those marked by the property on a daily basis.
Requirements: - B driving license and own car.
- Demonstrable experience of at least 1 year in general maintenance, electricity and plumbing.
- Handling of power and hand tools.
- Active and committed person, with the ability to work both autonomously and in a team, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Basic digital competence.
Offered: - Immediate incorporation and permanent contract - Full workday of 40 hours per week in rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, with two continuous days off.

- Good work environment The following will be valued: - Previous experience in maintenance of touristic buildings and facilities.
- Knowledge of air conditioning, mechanics, welding, water control.
- Training in pool maintenance and Legionella.
- Basic English and/or German.
- Proximity of housing to the working place will be valued.
