Job DescriptionWe are looking for a new colleague in our maintenance team. This position will be located in Egües (Pamplona) and will report to the Manufacturing & Plant Engineering Manager. People of all genders are encouraged to participate in the selection process.
What you can look forward to as Maintenance Manager: Creating maintenance schedules and delegating tasks to team membersConducting site inspections and identifying areas requiring extra maintenance workSupervising maintenance workers and ensuring they follow site work practicesPerforming minor on-site repairsScheduling contractors for major repairs as requiredDiscussing maintenance concerns to define solutionsStaying on-call and responding to emergency maintenance needs and coordinating work performed by outside vendorsDeveloping maintenance budgets and controlling and monitoring inventoryYour profile as Maintenance Manager: Higher degree in electromechanical engineering or equivalentDemonstrable experience as a maintenance manager or other management position (2 years)Experience in planning maintenance operationsSolid knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsInterpersonal and communication skillsLeadership and organizational skillsFluent Spanish skills and A1-B2 English skillsBe part of our ZF team as Maintenance Manager and apply now!
