Could you be the full-time Maintenance Manager in Santa Perpetua de Mogoda (Barcelona) we're looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your import/export expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside young and proactive teammates.
You'll be responsible of supervising and coordinating all the activities related to industrial maintenance . Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (demand planning, supply chain), assure that the systems and machinery work efficiently and with safety and much more.
You'll specifically take care of managing and executing corrective and preventive maintenance plans for all the industrial systems and machinery
We'll look to you for:
Supervise the daily activities of the maintenance team, ensuring that efficiency and safety objectives are met.
Recruit, train and manage maintenance staff, fostering a collaborative, efficient and motivating work environment.
Conduct performance evaluations and develop training and professional development plans for maintenance technicians.
Manage the maintenance department budget, controlling costs and optimizing the use of resources.
Evaluate and approve the purchase of equipment, spare parts and supplies necessary for maintenance activities.
Ensuring compliance with all safety, health and environmental regulations in all maintenance activities.
Implement and supervise safety and training programs for maintenance personnel.
Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance processes.
Implement continuous improvement strategies and advanced technologies to optimize the performance of equipment and systems.
Plan and coordinate major maintenance projects, including installation of new equipment and upgrades of existing systems.
Collaborate with other departments and suppliers to ensure the correct execution of projects.
Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs and component replacements.
Prepare regular reports on the status of equipment, compliance with maintenance plans and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Negotiate and manage contracts with maintenance service and supply providers.
Evaluate supplier performance and ensure quality and service standards are met.
All about you

Technical degree or industrial engineering, electromechanics, automation or a related field.
Minimum 3 years' experience in a maintenance management role in an industrial environment.
Solid knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance techniques, as well as project management.
Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations applicable to industrial maintenance.
Ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently and effectively.
Knowledge in the use of maintenance management software (CMMS)
