Maintenance & Engineering Manager

Maintenance & Engineering Manager Perfetti van Melle is a privately owned company, producing and distributing candies and chewing gums in more than 150 countries worldwide.
WHAT YOU WILL DO Plan and lead the implementation of projects in the factory.
Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all equipment and facilities.
Supervise and coordinate the Maintenance and Engineering team.
Allocate and control the technical and human resources necessary for the different maintenance actions, to ensure the optimum overall effectiveness of the processes.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards.
Develop and lead continuous improvement programs aimed at enhancing safety, quality, food safety, and sustainability.
OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in FMCG industry. Experience in team management and engineering projects.
Advanced knowledge in preventive and corrective maintenance systems.
Fluent in oral and written English.
Advanced user of MS Office.
Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to work under pressure and make quick, effective decisions.
Results-oriented and analytical thinking and problem-solving.
