The Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring the continuity of business operations through the optimization of plant assets. This involves defining maintenance strategies to achieve set objectives, complying with the integrated management system, client requirements, and company policy. The role also includes implementing a safety-first culture, improving service quality, and maintaining customer focus. The Maintenance Manager is tasked with:
Developing and implementing maintenance strategies and policies to ensure efficient plant operations.
Leading innovation projects and incorporating new technologies to enhance process performance and standardization.
Ensuring team training, development, motivation, and growth.
Collaborating with Production Managers to define investment plans and annual improvement plans.
Ensuring safety, product quality, and competitiveness.
Analyzing performance KPIs and making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
Managing maintenance costs to meet EBITDA targets.
Engaging with technology suppliers to maintain stable, world-class processes.
Requirements
Education: Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering. (It is essential to have experience in the steel industry or another steel-related sector)
Experience: 15 years in maintenance management within the manufacturing industry.
Certifications: Postgraduate qualification in Maintenance and Reliability Management preferred.
Skills: Advanced proficiency in Office and SAP, strategic planning, project management, leadership, and communication.

Requirements
