Exceptional multitasking and time management abilities. Capability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team. Quick decision-making skills to effectively resolve issues. Proficiency in English. Experience working with MS Office. Key Responsibilities: Organize and manage preventive maintenance and daily service requirements in a timely and cost-effective manner. Oversee corrective maintenance for common areas and building equipment. Ensure high standards for all operations, repairs, replacements, renewals, and maintenance of building systems and equipment. Coordinate essential property support services, including cleaning, landscaping, and security. Maintain the highest standards of property management and maintenance, providing quality services to occupants while considering cost factors. Communicate regularly with tenants and act as the primary point of contact for daily operational guidance. Manage post-warranty repairs and ensure all location documents adhere to best practice standards. Evaluate, train, and develop on-site employees to build a competent and effective team.
