Mainframe Service Manager

For a project we are looking for support Mainframe Service Manager for the following tasks: Details :Start: asap Language: English Location: remote - Customer requirement - Provider Management - Support for change management with the provider - Support with onboarding/offboarding of users for the provider Service management system: - ServiceNOW for order, enquiry, change, problem and fault management, CMDB, etc. - GIAM/IAM for identity access management - Support with onboarding users for the provider You should have the following experience: -Experience in mainframe service management (focus on provider control for DASD, TAPE, DR, CAPACITY / Customer Demand). -Good communication skills -Experience with mainframe tasks (at least 3 years)
