Purpose of the Position: As a Bookings Agent, you will be a key player in ensuring smooth reservation operations and providing exceptional guest experiences.
You will handle the entire reservation process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and top-notch customer service.
Your skills in hospitality operations and reservation management will help optimize rates, maximize revenue, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Handling Reservations: Manage all aspects of the reservation process, including handling inquiries, processing bookings, modifying reservations, and managing cancellations.
Ensure accuracy and efficiency in data entry and reservation systems.
Customer Service: Maintain professionalism and courtesy in all interactions with clients.
Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a personalized and memorable experience.
Handle escalated situations with tact and diplomacy.
Upselling Services: Identify opportunities to upsell services, amenities, and packages to enhance the client experience and maximize revenue.
Use persuasive skills and knowledge of available offerings to promote additional services effectively.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to coordinate efforts and achieve common goals.
Communicate effectively across teams to ensure alignment and consistency in service delivery.
Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum of three years of experience in a hospitality environment with a focus on reservation administration.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency in reservation management systems and Google Suite.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Ability to communicate in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing.
