Role | We are seeking a Project Operations Coordinator to join our team in Barcelona.
In this role, you will oversee the home transformation process of new apartments in Barcelona, managing the projects' budgets and schedules to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of each project while meeting Ukio's quality standards.
We are a new start-up, so you'll be given a high degree of autonomy and expected to deal with numerous challenges and opportunities along the way.
Responsibilities | Oversee internal and external suppliers involved in the home transformation process.
Work cross-functionally across Ukio departments including Design, Supply Chain, Revenue, and Guest operations enforcing a smooth process, communication, and information flow.
Ensure the basic functional operation of apartments before Guest Ready date including electricity, gas, water, insurance, and internet.
Manage efficient allocation of team's time and resources.
Manage and coordinate with third-party service providers (i.e., plumbing, electricians, house cleaning, painters, carpenters, etc.).
Provide data-driven recommendations and process improvements to drive higher operational efficiency, customer service, and quality of stays.
About you | You have 2+ years of operational and/or customer service experience in the hospitality/vacation rental industry.
Significant project management experience while working under tight deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience handling customer service issues.
Fluency in Spanish and English (C1) required.
Flexible, resilient, and content with ambiguity and changes.
Confident with working in cross-functional teams.
Comfortable performing in a start-up environment.
