Your Role & ResponsibilitiesThe Project Buyer will be the interface towards projects and suppliers on his segments until DV phase is completed.Work with Engineering at initial design concept to assist with attaining target cost.Evaluate and assess supplier's quotations to ensure commercial, technical and quality requirements are achieved.Pre-select suppliers (capable and potential).Ensure creation of list of critical purchased components in conjunction with Quality and Engineer.Obtain and evaluate offers and prices for the RFQ.Create price comparison sheets.Track and report savings.Coordinate simultaneous engineering with suppliers.Ensure components provisioning for all of the prototypes phases until C-samples.Secure that supplier selection complies with Targets/Budget and are included in the supplier panel.Ensure that the supplier is prepared for production, including capacity and all needed system updates.Your Skills & StrengthsBachelor degree in Engineering or related field mechanics, electronics.At least 3 years of experience in the electronics sourcing and procurement, automotive experience is a plus.English C1.Fluent in Spanish, both written and spoken.Strong team player and the ability to take initiatives.Flexible and adaptable to constantly changing project requirements.Availability to travel.Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills.Datos sobre el trabajoNível de entrada : Contrataciones con experienciaÁrea Funcional : OtroUbicación : Palencia, ESEntidad Legal : MAHLEFecha de cierre de solicitudes : No pierda tiempo, presente su solicitud mientras el puesto está en línea.Su futuro en MAHLEComo integrante del equipo y alguien que piensa en el futuro, podrá poner en práctica todas sus habilidades con nosotros.
