Phillip Jeffries is looking for a Sales Representative to join our International Sales Team!We are currently accepting resumes for a Sales Representative to call on the Residential and Contract Interior Designer community in Madrid territory. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated and have a broad base of existing relationships with key influencers within the industry. This individual will grow our Madrid sales and reinforce our presence in the European market. This position will report directly to the Spain Regional ManagerWhat you will be doing:Selling:Grow sales within the Madrid sales territory.Promote sales by calling on existing and new commercial interior designers, architects and upscale retailersProactively recognize cross selling opportunities, using product knowledge to offer similar patterns and designs to customers in order to increase revenueMake outbound calls to customers following sample requests in order to close sale or recommend alternative productsFollow ups on open quotes, and projects, including: making outbound calls to customers; following samples' requests in order to close sale or recommend alternative products.Work at ExhibitionsHand deliver samples to top 40 accountsProspecting and Lead Generation:Prospect new customers and opportunities.Place binders, sampling and point of sales material.Identify luxury and best clients for brand.Sales Analysis:Provide weekly sales reports and monthly recapsKeep CRM updated with opportunities, client visits, project shops, tasks, contacts and clients.Post monthly sales recap to the Sales Teams Channel.Register opportunities and projects.Meeting with the team when required or at least 2 times per week.Business DevelopmentIncrease awareness of the brand in social media, working at Exhibitions.Proactively recognize cross selling opportunities, using product knowledge to offer similar patterns and designs to customers in order to increase revenue in Spain.Must have:Ideal candidate must live within the Madrid territory.3-5 years sales experience; previous experience within Wallcovering is a plus.Keen interest and appreciation for luxury products and interior designExperience selling, tracking and reporting on a multiple project pipelineIn-depth knowledge of Sales best practicesStrong strategic thinking and business acumen with the ability to align Sales strategies with business and organizational objectivesExceptional interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build relationships, effectively articulate Sales strategies and initiatives and influence key stakeholders at all levelsUpbeat, energetic, can-do attitudeExcellent time management and follow up skillsAble to multitask and prioritizeStrong analytical skillsProactive approach to problem solvingExcellent organizational skillsStrong attention to detailStrong computer skills/knowledge of ERP/CRM systemsAbility to work without direct oversightAbility to lift and carry up to 20 kilogramsWhy Phillip Jeffries?As a purpose-driven organization, we truly believe that where you work matters.
