What we are looking for : The Manager role Managers are crucial to the success of L.E.K. project teams. They are in charge of managing a whole mission and of keeping the contact between your team, which is composed of analysts and consultants, and the partners. They are also responsible for managing multiple client engagements and providing strategic guidance and thought leadership to aid your teams' project execution. You will also play a key role in client development, helping to identify opportunities, craft proposals, and participate in pitches.

Specific Skills: We are currently hiring experienced professionals for our Madrid office. We are looking for motivated, creative and persevering applicants, with strong analytical skills and a fully developed quantitative mind. Being fluent in both English and Spanish is required.
Qualifications:
An advanced degree from a top ranked school is required (MBA, M.D., PhD, Postdoc)Experience in a management consulting firm with demonstrated project and team management is a plusSuperior analytical skills combined with demonstrated expertise in strategy consulting approachesProven ability to motivate and coach people in multiple dimensions including analytical skills, project management, client relationship management, and interpersonal skillsStrong project management skills including work planning, presentation development, quality control, and client managementExcellent communication skills both oral and written and the ability to influence othersBright, conceptual and a quick learner, able to quickly assess a situation and generate new insights and actionable ideas.
Key responsibilities include:
Manage multiple project teams and client relationships expertly and efficientlyWork directly with clients and Managing Directors, to set project objectives, develop analytical frameworks, manage team responsibilities and maintain the timelineStructure complex strategic and technical problems into discrete modules and provide life sciences industry thought leadership to aid project executionUnderstand the critical issues affecting the client and communicate key insights and recommendations based upon the case team's research and analysisWork directly with Managing Directors to develop compelling proposals and support client and business development activitiesManage, evaluate, and improve the performance of team membersContribute to the management of the firm through involvement in areas such as professional development, recruiting, thought leadership creation, practice building, etc. Don't meet every single requirement here?
