The Associate position The Associate role at L.E.K. offers exposure to multiple industry sectors and a wide variety of commercial challenges. Associates are crucial to the success of L.E.K. project teams. With the guidance and support of an experienced senior team, you will be responsible for:
Conducting primary and secondary research on markets, competitors, and customers.Performing rigorous strategic and financial analyses to develop a deep understanding of commercial issues.Collaborating with team members to identify trends, draw conclusions, develop insights, and transform those insights into actionable recommendations for the client.Making L.E.K. an enjoyable and rewarding place to work by coaching colleagues and contributing to a welcoming and friendly office culture.Who we are looking for We are currently seeking exceptional and committed individuals with the ability to solve complex problems in a creative way. Successful candidates typically possess outstanding academic achievements, are comfortable with quantitative analysis, have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English, relevant professional experience, and notable extracurricular interests. Fluency in another European language is considered an asset.
We are looking for a sense of intellectual curiosity that will inspire you to develop a deep understanding of any client situation, and to generate innovative answers to complex questions. Our team-oriented approach requires individuals who can collaborate and communicate well.

As a new Associate you will be supported with a comprehensive initial two-week orientation programme, followed by thorough monthly training sessions designed to complement your on-the-job experience.
