Associates are crucial to the success of L.E.K. project teams. With the guidance and support of an experienced senior team, you will be responsible for:Conducting primary and secondary research on markets, competitors, and customers.Performing rigorous strategic and financial analyses to develop a deep understanding of commercial issues.Collaborating with team members to identify trends, develop insights, and transform those insights into actionable recommendations for the client.Contributing to a welcoming and friendly office culture by coaching colleagues and offering constructive advice.Who we are looking forWe are seeking exceptional individuals with the ability to solve complex problems creatively. Successful candidates typically possess outstanding academic achievements, are comfortable with quantitative analysis, have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English, and relevant professional experience.
