The Associate position The Associate role at L.E.K. offers exposure to multiple industry sectors and a wide variety of commercial challenges. Associates are crucial to the success of L.E.K. project teams. With the guidance and support of an experienced senior team, you will be responsible for:
Conducting primary and secondary research on markets, competitors, and customersPerforming rigorous strategic and financial analyses to develop a deep understanding of commercial issuesCollaborating with team members to identify trends, draw conclusions, and transform insights into actionable recommendationsContributing to a welcoming and friendly office culture by coaching colleagues and offering constructive adviceWho we are looking for We are seeking exceptional individuals with the ability to solve complex problems creatively. Successful candidates typically possess outstanding academic achievements, are comfortable with quantitative analysis, have excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, relevant professional experience, and notable extracurricular interests. Fluency in another European language is considered an asset.
