Your Role: Collaborate in different areas of the factory with the person in charge assigned by the area supervisor.Analyze the processes where you are doing the practices with the aim of proposing process improvements to the tutor.Daily communication with the area supervisors and at least once a week with the tutor at the work center.Develop a summary of the practices defined in collaboration with the tutor at the work center and the one at the teaching center.Your Profile: Student at least intermediate level of the machine tool training module.Have passed all the subjects from the previous course.Availability to work in shifts.Interpretation of mechanical drawings.Knowledge of manufacturing concepts.Proactive, cooperative and willing to work in a team.Flowserve is a world-leading manufacturer and aftermarket service provider of comprehensive flow control systems.
