At Draxton Lleida , located between Cervera and Tàrrega, we are looking to hire a Machining Production Engineer .
In this role, you will be responsible for executing process improvements in our machining plant, reporting to the Senior Advisor for Machining Projects .
Main Responsibilities : Define machining process parameters to reduce cycle times, tool consumption, cutting conditions, etc.
Ensure the industrialization of machining processes.
Collaborate in the validation of machining tools.
Program CNC machines.
Apply continuous improvement philosophy to production processes for optimization and correct deficiencies detected in the processes to improve them.
Provide support in the technical analysis of customer complaints.
Provide support in the technical analysis of internal rejections.
To succeed in this role, you will need : Technical training in machining.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in this role in machining industries.
B2-C1 level of English.
What we offer : Job Stability : Permanent contract backed by a solid financial environment.
Full-time with flexible hours : Monday-Thursday 8:30 AM/9:00 AM start, with the end of the day from 5:30 PM.
Fridays: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
