We are looking for a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join our AI team. This is a remote role and we are flexible with considering applications from anywhere in Europe. As part of our AI team, you will play a crucial role in developing and deploying machine learning models, driving our efforts to integrate intelligent solutions into our products and services.

Duties and responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms. Choose and implement technologies for machine learning and AI development. Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate ML models into production systems. Conduct experiments, perform rigorous testing, and ensure model accuracy and performance. Continuously improve models based on user feedback and data analysis. Provide code reviews, assistance, and feedback to other team members. Maintain and refactor existing machine learning codebases. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in machine learning and AI. Experience with managing entire code sources/projects independently; Experience in a startup environment handling a code base from end to end; Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, Keras). Proficiency in Python programming and familiarity with data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy). Experience with model deployment and serving (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical models, and deep learning. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Would be a plus: Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or a related field. Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Clickhouse, Snowflake, Bigquery). Contribution to open-source machine learning projects (e.g., Github, Hugging Face, Replicate). Knowledge of AI cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Together AI, Nebius AI, Cohere). Experience in a startup environment and managing end-to-end machine learning projects. Practical experience with natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision. Passion for blockchain technologies and cryptocurrency. Experience of mentoring a team and leading a project; Contribution to open-source machine learning projects (e.g., Github, Hugging Face, Replicate).
