Job Description: His mission will be to collaborate with the implementation of the growth strategy of the energy business, through the coordination and execution of M&A operations as project manager in different geographies. Functions: Lead and coordinate operations for the acquisition of energy projects. Coordination and management of the execution of transactions in case of being awarded. Negotiation of the purchase contract together with the legal department. Serve as a point of contact for Ferrovial's financing department, supporting and coordinating the Due Diligence phase. Follow-up and supervision of compliance with the conditions of the contract until its closing. Facilitate the flow of information between the finance, analytics, development, legal, and technical departments teams during the transaction process. Requirements: Degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics or Engineering (with subsequent training in finance) and with a high knowledge of project finance. Master's Degree in Finance or an MBA from a prestigious business school or CFA is a plus. Experience in M&A transactions in the infrastructure sector with complex financing structures is essential.
