This role is key to supporting Fluidra's growth ambition and future M&A plans, playing a critical part in shaping the company's strategic growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for M&A, a proactive attitude, and be eager to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where there are many opportunities to make a meaningful impact and have fun.Your responsibilities:Financial Analysis of Investment Projects:Assess investment opportunities such as company acquisitions (shares), asset transactions, partnerships and potential divestments.Evaluate financial metrics using discounted cash flow, discount rates, NPV, IRR, multiples, and financial leverage.Primary point of reference for assessed opportunities (preparation/review of drafts and documents, relationship with the internal and external teams, etc.).Deal Origination and Execution:Actively participate in the origination and execution of transactions.Conduct thorough financial modeling and valuation of target companies.Management of due diligence processes (including coordination of internal and external teams).Assist in negotiating deal terms and structuring of transactions.Cross-Functional Interaction:Collaborate with different teams across the organization to support deal execution.Work closely with legal, financial, and operational departments to ensure smooth integration post-transaction.Stakeholder Management:Interact with top-level stakeholders, ensuring alignment of business objectives and deal goals.Present complex financial data and transaction insights in a clear, concise manner to senior leadership.To succeed in this role, you'll need a positive attitude and the following:Experience: At least 4-5 years of direct M&A experience is required including areas such as financial analysis, due diligence and corporate finance. Other additional professional experiences will be considered.Education:Higher education in Business, Economics, or relevant fields.MBA or advanced Finance studies are considered a plus
