Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated M&A to join our team.
The ideal candidate will lead the M&A entire process in all aspects of the deal process, including market research, financial analysis, and the preparation of transaction documents.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop a deep understanding of the M&A landscape.Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed market research and industry analysis to identify potential M&A opportunities.
Commercial strategy for lead acquisition.
Contact with potential investors for project presentations Lead NegotiationPerform financial modeling and valuation analysis.
Assist in the preparation of pitch books, investment memorandum, and other transaction-related documents.
Support due diligence processes and coordinate with various stakeholders.
Monitor market trends and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments.
Lead the purchase and sale process of hotel properties.Support in debt restructuring processes.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA) is a plus.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in strong financial modeling and valuation techniques.
Knowledge in data analytics management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Knowledge in Navision, SAAP and Oracle are a plus.
Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
Excellent level of English (C2).
