If you are ready to elevate your career and make a meaningful impact, we invite you to apply.About the RoleParticipate in the origination and end-to-end execution of M&A deals.Develop detailed financial models.Assist in the preparation of pitch materials and transaction documentation (including teaser, information memorandum, management presentation, process letter and internal presentations, among others).Coordinate due diligence efforts by liaising with internal and external advisors, managing data rooms and facilitating information exchange.Interact with clients both during the origination and execution of M&A deals.Conduct comprehensive industry and market research to identify potential targets and understand industry trends.Collaborate with other CIB teams to promote cross-selling of products and ensure smooth deal execution.Actively participate in the training of analysts.
