As an M&A; Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth strategy through strategic acquisitions.
You will leverage your expertise in financial analysis, due diligence, and market research to identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets.
By collaborating closely with senior management and cross-functional teams, you will help shape the M&A; strategy, ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives.
Your ability to negotiate and structure deals, combined with your insights into industry trends and competitive dynamics, will be crucial in executing successful transactions.
Additionally, you will lead integration efforts, working to ensure seamless transitions and the realization of synergies.

Through your contributions, you will significantly impact our company's expansion and long-term success.
Responsibilities:Lead M&A Transactions: Manage end-to-end M&A processes, including sourcing, evaluating, and executing potential acquisition/divestment opportunities.Conduct Financial Analysis: Perform detailed financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis to assess the viability and strategic fit of potential acquisitions.Due Diligence: Coordinate and conduct comprehensive due diligence, including financial, operational, and legal aspects, to identify potential risks and opportunities.Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and refine the M&A strategy, aligning with the company's overall business objectives and growth targets.Negotiation and Deal Structuring: Lead negotiations with target companies, advisors, and other stakeholders to structure and finalize acquisition/divestment agreements.Integration Planning: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integration plans, ensuring a smooth transition and realization of synergies.Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to support the identification of strategic acquisition targets.Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership and board members.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with external advisors, investment banks, and other relevant parties to facilitate deal flow and execution.Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve M&A processes, methodologies, and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Minimum Requirements:Education: Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.Experience: 3-5 years experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, transaction services auditing, or corporate finance with a track record of successful transactions.Languages: Fluency in English and Spanish.Skills:Analytical and Financial: Expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence.Strategic Thinking: Ability to align M&A strategies with business goals.Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.Negotiation: Proficient in deal structuring and negotiation.Project Management: Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.Interpersonal: Skilled in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Ethical Standards: High integrity and confidentiality.We are a young and dynamic start-up with the mission to nurture and grow amazing brands and talents in a new generation house of products.
