IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL: Respond to sales enquiries and clarifications from customers, qualifying them to ensure proposals demonstrate Emerson's full product and capabilities portfolio, increasing all sales opportunities and quote to order ratio.Guarantee that all proposals meet the customers' needs, are technically accurate and commercially verified and offer the best solutions that highlight customers' business benefits.Liaise with Field Sales and Account Management to prioritize effort, gather competitive intelligence.Agree product direction and price strategy to improve customer service consistent with account plans that contribute to their ongoing development.Enter the purchase orders timely in the processing system verifying that all data is accurate, using the standardized European and Business Unit processes.Work with Field Sales to report on quotation and project potential using Siebel Customer Relationship Management and other corporate tools.Increase opportunities for all other Emerson Business Units whenever possible.Liaise with Credit Management to resolve any invoice discrepancies and help reduce the company DSO levels.Ensure full compliance with legal and Company requirements with regards to Trade Compliance and Ethical Business and follow the necessary procedures.FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED: University degree or equivalent. Engineering or technical background.At least three years sales / technical experience in the industrial market.Sales and communication skills.Product, industry processes and business systems awareness.Excellent "think customers" values.Local language (Spanish) skills with proficiency in English (written and spoken).WHO YOU ARE: You are passionate about making an impact and always act with integrity.
