What we offer PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES The SAP Academy for Customer Success is a global world-class learning program designed to accelerate time to impact for next-generation talent working directly with SAP customers. The Academy includes distinct programs for customer-facing roles, including: Sales, Presales, and Customer Success Partners (CSP). The Academy for CSP is seeking a Regional Faculty responsible for the development and delivery of the curriculum, both virtually as well as in-person at the academy facility in California.
Furthermore, you will be aligning closely with the Field Transformation Team to ensure strong synergies and integration between the formal learning activities and the field experience portion of the program.
JOB DESCRIPTION AND TASKS Participants of the program, called Academy CSPs (ACSP) Associates, will experience two, 8-9 week periods of formal in-class learning activities during their academy journey. The Regional Faculty is accountable to lead and execute the following activities:
Facilitate a highly engaging learning environment utilizing case studies, simulations, role plays, and other interactive activities.Review curriculum content and provide input and recommendations regarding revisions.Create relevant and impactful course material including best practices, proven strategies, and techniques.Deliver a wide array of curriculum content enthusiastically to ensure high impact.Coach, guide and empower Academy participants to achieve optimum success in the Academy.Leverage SAP network to enrich the Academy experience.Partner with SAP Executives, product experts, Top SCSPs, external training vendors and customers to deliver a classroom experience with a relentless focus on the customer.Evaluate participants and provide constructive feedback and guidance for continuous improvement.Develop strong relationships and communication cadence with stakeholders.CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Strong training facilitation and moderation skills including motivation to develop and deliver high-impact trainings.An excellent communicator with strong empathy and ability to motivate and influence individuals.Coaching skills: Facilitates skill development of participants by providing clear and specific feedback and making specific suggestions for improvement.Presentation skills: Effective in formal and informal presentation settings; ability to command attention and manage group process.Embodies SAP Passions.Global cultural awareness and respect.Values Diversity: fosters a climate of inclusion within the program encouraging participants to freely share diverse thoughts and integrate into discussion.Team orientation: build strong relationships at every level of the organization and act as a strong motivator who knows how to influence and to get others to do consistently their best work.Effective problem-solving skills to deliver projects on scope, on time and on quality.Receptive to feedback and continuous improvement to achieve team goals.Possess a strong and relevant network.Fostering employee development; particularly early career.In-depth understanding of sales methodology and practices.Skilled at adapting presentation/content to the audience to deliver optimum results.WORK EXPERIENCE University degree.Significant experience in a customer-facing environment: Customer Success / Sales / Sales Leadership.Demonstrated strong performance in prior sales/customer success roles.Prior faculty experience preferred.Must be fluent in English and additional languages is a plus.WHAT WE OFFER Regular Full Time. Travel: > 50% depending on travel restrictions. Once allowed, travel to San Ramon, California will be required for the delivery of the curriculum.
