Are you ready?About Your RoleIn this role, you will contribute towards defining and leading CRM transformations for our clients. You will positively influence the perception that the consumer, customers, partners, and wholesalers have while interacting with the retailer across digital touch-points. Partnering with markets to co-create product strategy, drive product roadmaps, measure success, and implement improvements deriving from learnings are just a few of the key areas of responsibility of this role.You will be responsible for managing and reporting on the evolution of products within the CRM area; along with automating marketing tasks such as email campaigns, social media posting, and lead nurturing. In addition, you will manage dependencies and integrations with other digital functions, as well as partnering with the IT organization to deliver product increments and define the requirements/user stories.Requirements8+ years of professional experience in a multi-national business environment (with 3+ years experience as a product manager in a digital environment); Hands-on experience withCRM/marketing experience management, from either a business-user perspective or a development perspective; Experience with functions such as segmentation and targeting, campaign management, automated email marketing, social media management, customer journey mapping, and CRM integration is essential; Experience in SalesforceMarketing Cloud: Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, Advertising Studio, Social Studio, Content Builder, Audience Studio, Interaction Studio, Datorama, Pardot; An analytic mindset witha passion for providing insights into campaign performance, customer behavior, and ROI, in order to help clients optimize future strategies; Experience in working with stakeholders and experts at various organizational levels; Team player with high resilience and a solution-oriented attitude; Self-starter with provenexperience in delivering consumer-related capabilities together with IT and vendor teams; Experience with agile/SCRUM methodologies would be an advantage; Good interpersonal, communication skills (written and verbal), and storytelling skills; Fluent in English.Given that this is just a short snapshot of the role, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all the requirements listed above.
