The selected individual will be responsible for communications, content generation, and event management at PAL Robotics.
The job implies carrying out tasks such as copywriting and content generation, day-to-day planning of events and tradeshows, coordinating and handling product demonstrations, as well as supporting the department in administrative and reporting tasks.
A high level of English is mandatory as most of the work will be carried out in this language.Job Conditions:26 labor days of holidays per year.Flexible working hours and shorter working hours on Fridays.Working from home possibilities.Regular corporate events and team building.Benefits in kind.Start date: immediate.Primary Duties:Work with external communications channels (blog, social media, etc).Liaise with the media and handle requests for interviews, statements, etc.Participate in national and international trade shows, fairs, and events.Manage daily aspects of event planning, meeting deadlines, goals, and budget demands to ensure they are handled smoothly.Organise initiatives and plan events or press conferences.Define with the team event stand displays and ensure they are ready for the events.Negotiate sponsorship deals.Plan and execute communications campaigns.Coordinate and perform demos and presentations.Support in the department's administrative tasks and reporting.Ensure deadlines are maintained.Collaborate with our technical team for keeping up to date product marketing materials.Other duties as required.Mandatory Requirements:Proficient in English (we work 100% in English) and Spanish.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong organisational skills.Proactive team working attitude.Knowledge of Office / Google Drive Suite (Excel, Spreadsheets).Additional Information:Desired Requirements:Availability to travel is a plus.Experience with social networks.Knowledge of design and brand identity is a big plus.Experience in copywriting and editing.Working experience of WordPress.BSc/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent.Desired Soft Skills:Ability to be flexible and open to changing priorities and challenges.Methodic and detail-oriented.Ability to work well under moderate supervision.Perform multiple, diverse tasks at the same time.Work well under pressure.Responsible and goal-oriented.Proactive and independent at the job.As many job functions are time-sensitive, must have the ability to remain on-task and produce output within the time frame required.Contact Details: #J-18808-Ljbffr
