Role Overview: In the UX role, you will be expected to work with accessibility, with the watchword design for all.
The role is expected to ensure that the design solutions are accessible to all users, regardless of functional ability.
This means taking into account accessibility standards (such as WCAG) and integrating them into user flows and interfaces to create inclusive solutions that all end customers can use.
Collaboration: You will work closely with other UX designers and colleagues within the organization to ensure everyone is working towards the same goal.
Good communication skills and a willingness to share knowledge and ideas are essential.
The role is expected to work with cross-functional teams within the company, including developers, product owners, and content creators, to create an end-to-end solution.
This means ensuring that the design not only looks good but also works technically, is commercially feasible, and has relevant content.
Design Standards: The role is expected to work within the framework of the client's established brand and design guidelines, as well as ensuring that all design is in line with the company's visual identity and tone.
This includes using a central design library, where design components and styles are collected and standardized across the organization.
Business Collaboration: Maintain and develop new business and sales travel concepts in collaboration with the sales and business team.
You will maintain and improve user experiences that support business and sales processes.
You will design flows that help users through the entire journey – from first interaction to closed deal – while ensuring business objectives are met.
Requirements: A good understanding of working, creating, and structuring work in Jira is required.
Be experienced and confident in making strategic UX decisions: The role is expected to be able to make strategic decisions based on user research, data, and business goals.
You will have influence over the long-term UX strategy and be confident in your recommendations to improve and optimize customer experiences.
Tools: Have good experience working in Figma, creating structure and overview for other stakeholders to understand your work.
You will use Figma as your primary design tool to create and iterate on user interfaces.
You will also be responsible for creating clear structure and documentation that makes it easy for colleagues and stakeholders to follow and understand your work.
Working Method: Hybrid (3 days onsite in Malmö).
