We are looking for an HR Business Partner.
You will be the point of contact for the HR management in the Country, guaranteeing quality, efficacy and alignment with the HR culture, policies, standards and procedures defined together with the Headquarter.
You will report to the Iberia CM and with a dotted line to the Group HRD.
Acting as the HR local representative, you will be fully accountable for:
Recruiting, hiring and onboarding process for store and Headoffice employeesPublishing job advertisements, developing and maintaining good relations with universities, employment agencies and other recruitment channelsManaging the planning of training courses and development plansAnalysing and managing of staff and job evaluationsSupporting the Country Manager and the HR Direction on remuneration and incentive systemsBeing the referent point of all activities in terms of People ManagementSupporting the CM and the HR Direction in monitoring HR metrics (new hiring, leavers, staff turnover)Managing eventual litigation cases To be successful in this role you are:
Graduated in Economics/Law/HumanisticExcellent in communication and negotiationAble to work in a fast and dynamic environmentsPassionate about peoplePrevious experience of 3-4 years in a similar role in HR function/agencies and or in Retail industryFluent in Spanish and in English.
Portuguese is a plusFull knowledge of Microsoft Office365 (Excel, PowerPoint) What do we offer you?
