Our team is spread across the globe and is loaded with talent, with team members in Boston, Barcelona, London, Tunis, India, and Sydney.
We function as a centralized team, with our team members embedded in Regional teams (NA, EU, and ANZ).
Your role will be predominantly supporting the EU Market.
Paid Search is a crucial component in Vistaprint's success, and we're uniquely positioned to give our customers what they want, when they want it, leveraging our scale to deliver incredible customer experiences.
What You Will Do:
Leading the EU Regional Paid Search team, consisting of 5 Paid Search Specialists that manage Google and Bing campaigns across our European markets, to achieve our business goals.
You will conduct regular team meetings to review performance and progress towards our long-term objectives, while fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
Strategic Planning:
You will develop and implement comprehensive paid search strategies tailored to the EU market in alignment with overall EU marketing and business goals.
You are up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform your strategy.
Reporting on EU performance:
You'll be recapping the weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance for our EU campaigns and answer questions of key stakeholders directly.
Develop and maintain performance dashboards, analyze key metrics, identify trends, and uncover insights.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders to inform strategic decisions.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, such as our Marketing AdTech team, Finance, EU marketing, and other channels to align on business goals and strategies.
Act as the primary point of contact for all paid search-related inquiries in the EU region.
Data-driven decisions:
You adeptly handle key performance indicators, possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and excel in making decisions based on data.
Growing the business:
You'll work cross-functionally to unlock insights about customer behavior for other teams, and you'll continue to leverage this data to grow not just Paid Search but also the business as a whole.
Your Qualifications:
5+ years' experience in managing Search campaigns.
Proven track record of managing large-scale paid search campaigns and achieving significant results.
Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and lead junior team members.
Complete command and mastery of Paid Search Ads, including understanding of automated bidding, performance reporting and storytelling using data, and more.
Strong and willing team player, who isn't afraid to help others succeed in addition to achieving their own success.
Autonomy in problem solving, breaking down larger problems and tasks into smaller increments of work to make progress more quickly.
Why You'll Love Working Here:
Being at Vistaprint means that you don't see work as just a building, a desk, or a manufacturing floor. You see it as a chance to take a step forward in your career journey – and your life.
We strive to give you everything you need to learn, grow, and succeed. Through innovation, collaboration, and perpetual exposure to what's next, we're always pushing boundaries and broadening our horizons.
We embrace the chance to operate outside of our comfort zone to discover what we're capable of.
