Purpose of Position
The role of the Technical Consultant is hands-on and involves working as part of a team to assist our publishers and advertisers in the use of our bespoke interface and related systems, and to ensure that we provide high quality customer service.
Key Tasks
Assisting clients when launching onto the Network by providing detailed and thorough Technical Integration Support, which includes:
Deal with tickets raised via our internal ticketing systemIdentifying technical issues/bugs and escalating as appropriateAdministration of a knowledge base used internally and externallyTesting of new developments and featuresActing as an intermediary between Account Managers and DevelopersProvide high level training to internal colleaguesWhilst the above is a guide to general expectation of the role, we expect this position to evolve allowing you greater scope to gain both knowledge and experience within the online and affiliate market place.
As a hard-working member of the team, it is anticipated that you will in time use the skills developed in this role to form a solid basis for upward progression within the company.
Skills & Expertise
- Experience of working in a customer service role
- IT-related degree or relevant work experience
- Great attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Possess strong communication (both verbal and written), and customer service skills, and exchange information with others clearly and concisely
