IT Ecommerce Tribe LeadPerfil buscado (Hombre/Mujer) This role will be on top of a key transformative asset for eCommerce activity plus other complementary assets.
Responsibilities: Be accountable for a challenging roadmap delivery.Manage high-level stakeholders to drive the right level of traction towards transformation assets.Be accountable for the Quality of Service of assets under the scope.Support business cases by delivering expected features at expected levels of quality and timing.Provide estimates on Change Requests, User Stories, and Project efforts.Manage the delivery operating model and provider management for both external staff and services.Oversee all IT Business as Usual activities of the assets under the scope.Ensure overall application architecture cost efficiency and scalability.Maintain stability and security of the portfolio in line with changes requested by the business.Ensure changes are delivered in terms of quality and budget stability for present medium and long-term aims of the portfolio.Develop and manage services as a product across their entire lifecycle, leading ideation, development, launch, pricing, and continual improvement of innovative products to drive maximum customer satisfaction.Interact with senior professionals across the organization on both technical and non-technical topics.Assist in shaping business requirements into viable and valuable enhancements.Provide clear and concise professional analysis and explanations to senior management on projects to aid in budget planning and forecasting.Manage a team of tech leads and delivery managers.Qualifications: +15 years of experience in IT with a proven and solid track record in IT delivery of complex and large programs.+5 years of experience in eCommerce programs.Management capacity of a large team (> 40 FTE) combining internal and external resources.Engineering background and degree ideally in computer science.Deep experience in Agile Methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) as well as knowledge of predictive methodologies such as project management (PMI) and ITIL.Technical background (preferably with Software engineering and coding experience).Proven experience working with large and matrix organizations.Understanding of the insurance and assistance business.Skills: Ability to analyze and understand both technical and business documentation and deduce valid requirements which can be translated into viable products.Ability to manage a large number of parallel projects with shifting priorities.Ability to direct and design solutions based on available and future technologies and architectures.Ability to forecast and plan budgets and resources for upcoming deliverables.Ability to manage expectations both internal and external without compromising solution integrity in the face of shifting priorities.Flexibility to work from a variety of locations often at short notice.Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.Language skills: English and Spanish; French is a plus.Proactive organization skills.Team player and able to work collaboratively with others and leverage their skills.Empowering team members and promoting innovation.Vision and strategic thinking.Ability to work with and direct remote teams.Benefits: Social benefits, flexibility in work arrangements.
