The Brand Specialist position is primarily responsible for leveraging the right insights to steer the direction and execution of our brand marketing strategy & campaigns. Working closely with the Brand Manager and project leads to develop and bring occasions to the next level, as well as to implement the annual marketing plan.RESPONSIBILITIESAreas that play to your strengths. All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:Leading occasions strategy: Elevating it to the next level with 360° campaigns designed to boost brand penetration.Market and consumer knowledge: Reporting and analyzing market data: T&A;, Kantar & Nielsen.Consumer Insights and Market Research: Turn data into compelling insights and ensure these insights are addressed through adequate ideas and plans.General Management: Supports the Marketing team in developing and implementing the annual business plan, ensuring alignment with national strategy and budget tracking staying within the agreed budget.Partnership Building: Establish a strong relationship with the Red Bull HQ & Kastner team to align on strategy, identify new opportunities, and share best practices.Advertising and Creative: Create branding and through-the-line communication for specific marketing projects in strong collaboration with the respective marketing functions. Develop and implement the ideal advertising plan together with the advertising manager.Budget management: Keep close control of the budgets of the assigned occasions and projects.EXPERIENCEYour areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:At least 5 years of experience in FMCG product/brand marketing.Must have experience leading cross-functional 360° projects engaging all stakeholders.Experience working with data: Nielsen, Kantar, and research/consumer panel data.Must have experience working closely with Trade Marketing & sales.University Degree in Business administration, Economics, Marketing or similar.Fluent English, written and spoken.An entrepreneurial "can-do" attitude facilitated by continuous learning and application of appropriate "best practices".Good balance between analytical & creative skills.Great team player who enjoys playing in a multidisciplinary team.Excellent communication & presentation skills, and strategic vision.Passionate about marketing and aligned to Red Bull values.Travel 0-10%.WHERE YOU'LL BE BASEDMadrid, Comunidad de Madrid, Spain, Red Bull Spain.
