What you will do in this role:Managing Medium Complexity Account.Plans and directs the delivery of contracted business activities for segments of the contract's lifecycle for assigned contracts or plans and directs the delivery for the entire lifecycle of smaller contracts.Support Development and streamlining operational Playbooks and processes.Drive the deployment of the platform and increase their consumption by providing onboarding guidance, supporting development of the customers' cloud adoption model, and providing appropriate recommendations to overcome blockers.Leads business negotiations for contracts or portions of contracts for a country or region.Accountable for customer satisfaction with respect to annuity or outsourcing services.Keep up to date with market trends and competitive insight.Assures compliance with HP and customer's HR, PR, legal, financial, ethics and government related policies, strategies, and processes.Generates additional revenue through Adoption, expansion and Renewal after services contractual agreement.Directs the planning and generate leads of new business opportunities in partnership with HP sales.Concentrix is a great match if you:Are proficient or bilingual in English and Spanish.3+ years' experience in directly related business.First level university degree or equivalent work experience.Knowledge of corporate policies, markets and processes, financial management and program management.Demonstrate broad technical, functional or business knowledge with an emphasis in a specialized area.At least 2 years' experience in Relationship Management.At least 3 years' experience in Client Services / Customer Success or Sales.At least 2 years' experience in servicing and meeting client needs at an enterprise client level.Don't meet every requirement?
