We are looking for professionals like you in our international Hub based in Madrid.Functions:Analyzing documentation supplied by internal and external stakeholders, sorting them, and inputting into the relevant systems.Having an in-depth understanding of processes and adopting an ethos of continuous review with the intention of improving, error-proofing, automating, simplifying, clarifying, and eradicating any "non-value" process steps.Proactively gaining and developing knowledge of all relevant lines of business to facilitate accurate processing for both retained and outsourced work elements.Building strong relationships with Underwriters, Clients, Brokers, Chubb Offices, and other external parties, becoming the main focal and contact point for all service matters relating to their accounts.Working within the framework of Chubb ethical and service standards.
