Bringing a detailed, focused approach to evaluate and improve the efficiency of risk management, control, and governance processes.Identifying, overseeing evaluation of risks owners, and addressing risks on a continuous basis before such risks can impact negatively on Logista. Your roleFunctions:
Reporting to the Corporate Internal Audit Director, the Risk Manager will lead the risk management activities and provide appropriate guidance and supervision to the risks owners.Stay on top of potential risks and be adequately aware of the risk exposure of the business, keeping its internal operations in mind.Coordinate and guarantee risks identification and evaluation in terms of their plausibility and repercussions and contribute to set up risk mitigation to reduce the risk exposure.Custom-make risk management processes as per the current standing of the company, keeping in mind its future variations.Mentor and lead senior management and stakeholders by providing guidance and advice on risk management. Key Responsibilities:Contribute to defining adequate risk management strategy and plans based on risks and through open dialogue with Management and the Corporate Audit Director.Plan, coordinate, perform, and deliver high-quality risk assessments using Logista's risk management methodology standards, providing advice on improvements to internal control measures.Lead and manage risk assessments and advisory assignments by managing and supervising the risk management owners in the end-to-end risk assessment process and providing support to business requirements.
