The main duties and responsibilities of this role:Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks.Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.Screen resumes and applications.Conduct interviews according to Jumeirah Standards (Behavioural Based Interviews).Update our internal databases with employee information to ensure it meets the internal requirements.Updating job descriptions.Organize internal events related to colleagues.About you: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:Qualification:- Studies related to hospitality or human resourcesExperience:- Related work experience is a strengthSkills:Good English communication skillsKnowledge in all Microsoft Office applications.Able to effectively communicate with all levels of colleagues and Management.Teamwork and creative skills.Pleasing personality.#J-18808-Ljbffr
