Job Description Creates customer-centric communications and the execution of multi-channel lifecycle campaigns that drive customer activation, engagement, and reactivation across the markets.
Sets up manual & automated mailings and push notifications to ensure every touchpoint aligns with customer needs and supports the strategic vision.
Leverages state-of-the-art development and testing approaches, combined with modern technology, to ensure that campaigns are constantly improving and meeting business objectives.
Works with our product, loyalty, marketing, and operations teams to ensure that communications are on-brand and impactful.
Creates engaging and relevant content for direct marketing initiatives to existing customers to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
Implements Central CRM campaigns (Push Notifications, Newsletters).
Monitors campaign performance to ensure consistency, streamline monitoring, and leverage insights for impactful interactions and knowledge sharing.
Benchmarks and provides new ideas for touchpoints in A/B test scenarios.
Aligns with other functions (e.G., Campaigns & Promotions, CRM, Own Brand Food acceleration, Social Media, Loyalty) on CRM activity, including best practice sharing with other CRM Campaign managers across markets.

Sampling/Insert into parcel (Own Brand brochure, true new customer leaflet, food samples) planning, execution, A/B testing, and analysis.2.
Postal print mailings from conception to execution and reporting (agency selection, graphics briefing, coupon code generation, customer segmentation until send-out and results analysis).
Single point of contact to external print agencies.
