You will deal with end-to-end solution design and implementation of new services and capabilities and be in charge of continuously improving security, governance, automation, and Microsoft 365 service integration.Responsibilities:Continuous development of the Microsoft 365 core platform and Exchange Online service including identifying, evaluating, and deploying new platform capabilities, processes, and solutions to meet requirements.Design, architect, implement and operate Microsoft 365 security and compliance controls, particularly around Exchange Online and the messaging service, that grow with emerging risks and fulfill Swiss Re standards.Drive technical security policy improvements with the Swiss Re security teams and internal partners.Assist in third level support cases interfacing both with Microsoft and internal teams.Drive operational excellence and automation.Continuously upskill, improve procedures and share knowledge.About the TeamWe in Digital Workplace (DWP) set out to make it easy for more than 14,000 employees to seamlessly connect with people, ideas, and expertise within and beyond Swiss Re.
