IT Specialist (d / w / m) for Identity and Access Management in Munich, Saarbrücken or Berlin.
Building on sound technical IT know-how, you will further develop our central authorization management. Both our IT colleagues and our insurance-related organizational units rely on you as a competent consultant in all matters relating to technical and functional authorization concepts.
You will ensure that our identity and access management processes are implemented in practice.
You will connect new IT systems and applications to our IAM system and work with our customers to define the provision of authorizations based on our concepts for Role Based Access Control.
With you in our team, we continuously improve our service with a view to user-friendly authorization requests, compliance with regulatory requirements, IT security and operational stability.
When do we start? Ideally right away!
What you have in mind ... You will create concepts for connecting new systems and applications to our IAM system, ensuring seamless integration and efficient process flows.
You define data structures, interfaces and procedures to ensure optimal data management and system communication.
You model and coordinate cross-system business roles to ensure smooth collaboration between departments.
You define and execute test scenarios to ensure the functionality and security of our IAM system.
You continuously develop and optimize IAM processes to increase the efficiency and security of our IT infrastructure.
You carry out control and audit measures, such as recertification campaigns and target / actual comparisons, and thus contribute to adherence to compliance guidelines.
You support operations as third level support to solve complex technical challenges.
You coordinate external developers to ensure that projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
What you bring with you ... Completed university degree or comparable training, preferably IT.
Experience in the field of identity and access management.
Experience in the practical implementation of IT specifications, standards, norms or legal requirements.
Ideally experience in the operation of IT systems in the regulated environment of the financial sector.
Good knowledge of IT operations and / or software development processes.
Enjoy creating documentation.
Understanding of the needs of administrators.
Interest in new technical topics.
Desire to provide advice and good written and spoken communication skills.
Quick grasp of how IT systems and applications work.
