Join us!Superpedestrian is seeking a Director of Market Operations to oversee all field and market operations for EMEA.What you'll do:Be the reporting line for all EMEA marketsDirect and oversee all EMEA operations, market and fieldTroubleshoot gaps in performance and processesAssess and analyze company policies and processes to identify areas for improvement in accordance with the organization's commitment to sustainability.Create new and build on existing processes, policies, and practices to maximize operational efficiencyCollaborate with senior leadership, product, engineering, and BI team to drive improvementsConduct data analyses to find opportunities to improve all markets across the regionWork with automation specialists to create, maintain, and improve reliability of processes to support day-to-day local operationsDevelop methodologies to keep assets safe and identify bad actorsDrive the design of dashboards to track business metrics related to operational performanceManage and measure the EMEA operations budgetWhat you'll bring:Strong leadership and team management skillsMinimum of 10 years of relevant experience in operations, business consulting, or similar analytical role including 5 years of people management experience across global regionsPrevious experience in the mobility industryInterest in working on sustainable solutions ideally demonstrated in the pastWillingness to travel - being in the markets will be key for this roleDemonstrated ability to leverage data to measure performance, optimize resources, and analyze outcomesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong presentation skills with the ability to engage and align internal stakeholdersStrong ability to collaborate with executives and across broad organizations including Product, Market Operations, Business Intelligence, and StrategyA high capacity for being self-directed and working independently with incomplete information and limited resourcesBonus points:Additional languages beyond EnglishWhy you'd want to join us:We are born of engineers, not venture capitalists.
